Roomsked started with a department scheduling its rooms the old way — a mix of Outlook invites, shared calendars, and a lot of "just email the coordinator."
We ended up with double-bookings, manual emails going back and forth, no way to re-organize bookings, and no way to answer a question as simple as which rooms are under-utilized? So we built Roomsked: a tool for university departments to let people book rooms without the mess.
