Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new department gets 30 days fully unlocked, with no credit card required. When it ends, add a plan to keep taking bookings.

What happens when the trial ends and I haven't paid?

Your account switches to read-only: existing bookings stay visible and you can still resolve pending requests, but new bookings are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly on both Starter and Pro. Switch between monthly and annual any time from your billing settings.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from billing settings — no contracts on Starter or Pro, and you won't be charged again.

What counts as a "room"?

Any bookable space — conference rooms, labs, studios, equipment bays. If you can schedule it, it's a room. Your plan is based on how many rooms you have.

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, removes the room limit, and unlocks two-way Outlook / Exchange room-mailbox sync so bookings stay consistent whether they're made in Roomsked or Outlook — no double-bookings. It also comes with dedicated onboarding and an SLA. It's for campus-wide rollouts run by central IT or facilities. Reach out and we'll set it up.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or public universities?

Can I export my data if I leave?

Always. You can export all your rooms and bookings to CSV at any time — no support ticket needed.
